Onsite technicians are available to visit your site to resolve computer problems that cannot be fixed remotely. These technicians are available at specially reduced rates . These technicians are available at short notice for our customers only. All computer parts and loan equipment that are for computer repair will be charged on a time and materials basis and is always subject to prior customer approval.

Computer problems can cost your company time and money - we have setup our service to minimise your down time. Telephone support and remote support are included as in our standard Bronze package. While they also form the basis of Silver, the service is upgraded to provide regular site visits for preventative support and maintenance.
Rapid response technicians onsite
Onsite technicians are available to visit your site to resolve any computer problem that cannot be fixed remotely. These technicians are available at no charge and at short notice with a guaranteed response time of 8 working hours. All call outs on computer system software problems are included eg. operating system and printing issues. All calls are responded to when an on site visit is required. All travel and labour cost are included in the package.
Additionally, on Silver Support Package, if no engineer has been to your site for a period of 7 weeks or more, then an engineer will be sent on the 8th week to provide preventative support and maintenance on your computer network.

The Diamond package builds on the Gold package's Guaranteed response times, onsite computer part/ labour costs, by extending the service to offer supply of Engineers to cover in House IT staff (for short/long term leave) and provides complete liaison with 3rd party IT suppliers. Regular site visits for corrective enhancement and maintenance is also included as before.

The cost of Silver, Gold and Diamond package services, can only be provided following a site survey and will depend on the number of users, the equipment that needs to be covered as well as the response times required.
